Service Eligibility: Please note that in order to receive service that you must be 18 years or older and physically located in California for all of your appointments. Additionally, we do not provide disability evaluations, workers compensation, nor ESA letters.

What happens after I schedule my appointment?

After booking your appointment, you will receive an email that contains the appointment link to open for your video appointment. If you have any questions between appointments, then you can login into the patient portal to instant message your provider. You can also use the patient portal to easily send documents to your provider.

Which insurances do you accept?

Peak Wellness Psychiatry accepts CIGNA, Anthem Blue Cross PPO, United Healthcare, Optum, United Behavioral Health, UMR, Aetna, Meritain, GEHA, and Humana. The cash pay rate without insurance or out of network insurance is $289 for an initial psychiatric evaluation and $159 for follow-up appointments. At the time of booking, you will be able to enter your insurance information. Our billing department will then contact your insurance to obtain eligibility and coverage information.
